• 1. Maintain supply and quality parameters of chemical and slurry distributions.
• 2. Responsibilities include drum‑tote‑isotainer chemical offloading to bulk tanks, chemical batch processing, SPC chart monitoring of processes, chemical sampling.
• 3. Maintain equipment uptime through maintenance activities and troubleshooting of system equipment.
• 4. Work within defined technical processes and procedures.
• 5. Initiate and drive continuous improvements.
• 6. Ability to operate heavy machinery including forklift, pallet jack, and drum crusher.
• 7. Ability to operate system equipment via HMI for batch creation and distribution.
• 8. Collaborate cross‑departmentally.
• 9. Cross‑train as a backup resource for chemical handling among‑department.
• 10. Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
• 11. Record‑keeping, reporting, and prohibition.

• Education:
  
  2‑Year Technical/Associate's degree or equivalent military training or manufacturing work experience.
• Experience 3‑5 years of manufacturing or operation experience.
• Skills:
  
  mechanical skill, troubleshooting equipment, good communication, collaboration.

Qualitative:
• Desired qualifications include an education of at least three years in a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, electrical control fundamentals and advanced skills.
