💰 Pay Rate: $21/hr on W2 (No Benefits)

The Packaging Operator will be responsible for packaging products in a regulated cleanroom environment while supporting production processes in compliance with cGMP standards. This role involves material handling, assembly, cleaning, packaging, documentation, rework, and reporting. Candidates must be comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing appropriate gowning for extended periods.

• Perform production packaging activities in a cleanroom environment
• Conduct packaging performance testing for production lots
• Complete required documentation and training records
• Handle materials and perform cleaning activities
• Support continuous improvement by collaborating with Warehouse and Manufacturing Engineering teams
• Track daily and weekly production output and report any production issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Packaging Manager

• 3–5 years of experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
• 3–5 years of experience working in an ISO Class 7 (or better) cleanroom
• Working knowledge of ISO standards, FDA regulations, and Quality System Regulations (QSR)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Proven ability to follow instructions, timelines, and schedules while managing multiple priorities
