We’re seeking a skilled Process Technician to ensure smooth production flow and mold preparation for injection molding operations. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll set up molds, troubleshoot machines, and maintain process parameters to deliver high‑quality parts in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and adjust injection molding machines to correct process parameters.
- Troubleshoot machines, robots, and material feed systems (Engel, Krauss Maffei, Husky machines; Kuka robots; Piovan systems).
- Ensure mold preparation and changeovers are completed efficiently.
- Monitor production to prevent downtime and maintain quality standards.
- Remove scrap and manage material flow to machines on time.
- Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in injection molding process setup and troubleshooting.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes.
- Ability to operate overhead cranes and handle mold lifting equipment safely.
- Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk for entire shift.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
