CMM TECHNICIAN 3RD SHIFT CMM Technician – 3rd Shift (Onsite Only)

Join our team and make an impact in precision manufacturing! We’re looking for a skilled CMM Technician to support our measurement lab and quality processes. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have experience with CMM programming and calibration, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and run CMM programs for assembly and component measurements.
  • Perform calibration and adjustment of assembly devices.
  • Conduct product/process capability analysis
    , audits, and root cause investigations.
  • Support compliance with IATF 16949
    , ISO 14001
    , and customer‑specific requirements.
  • Collect and analyze measurement data, validate equipment, and assist with PPAP and PSO activities
    .
  • React promptly to out‑of‑spec conditions and stop production when necessary for safety or quality concerns.
What We’re Looking For
  • Preferred: Post‑secondary education in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Required: 3+ years in Quality or related field.
  • Skilled in Blueprint Reading
    , official CMM training, and use of gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
  • Knowledge of Gage R&R, MSA, and Process Capability
    .
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with production teams.
