Coating Operator responsible for operating and maintaining coating equipment for medical device manufacturing, ensuring process accuracy and product quality.
Responsibilitiessetup, operation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of coating reactors and support systems, as well as documentation and process improvements.
Qualifications5 years in manufacturing, preferably in GMP chemical processing or vacuum coating (pyrolytic carbon coating preferred), or 2 years college coursework in chemistry, math, or electronics; proficiency with MS Office, ability to interpret instructions, and strong communication skills.
High Valueexperience in GMP environment, vacuum or chemical coating processes, working with coating reactors, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds; focus on medical device manufacturing.
Work Setupon‑site manufacturing; overtime as needed; standing for extended periods.
