Overview:The Detail, Engraving, and Assembly Tech II is responsible for the detailed engraving, assembly, and finishing of products. This role also supports continuous improvement efforts through 2 Second Lean practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:
- Perform detailed engraving, assembly, and finishing tasks on a variety of products.
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Implement 2 Second Lean improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Other duties may be assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum Preferred Qualifications, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:
- 2+ years of experience in engraving, assembly, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.

- Closed toe safety shoes are required
