Weld Cobot Operator Trainee

The Weld Cobot Operator Trainee will learn to operate cobots (collaborative robots) to assist in welding tasks. This position provides training and an opportunity to improve processes through 2 Second Lean initiatives.

• Train to operate welding cobots for various welding tasks.
• Learn to adjust cobot settings and monitor performance.
• Participate in 2 Second Lean projects to improve welding processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Other duties may be assigned by leadership.

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Interest in robotics and welding.
• Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
