Insight Global seeks a hands-on Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to design assembly lines and cells from concept to qualified production, build fixtures and tooling, and convert prototypes into repeatable processes. You’ll analyze tolerances, ECOs, BOMs, and material flow to optimize efficiency, while applying lean methods and NX or equivalent CAD tools.
The role emphasizes real-world shop-floor impact, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on value creation in a precision manufacturing
