Material Handler II role will be responsible for daily operations like (but not limited to) material movement, cycle counting, receiving/shipping, and order picking to meet key performance indicators. The position requires compliance with standard operating procedures while collaborating with peers, maintaining equipment through 5S practices, and operating automatic or semi-automatic machinery. Candidates must actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and proactively escalate safety, quality, or efficiency issues.

To succeed, individuals must work at a fast pace with high attention to detail, embrace constant change, and maintain flexibility for overtime and shift adjustments.

** As our Material Handler II, you’ll support HID’s success by:*
* * Complying with SOPs and work instructions related to job function.
* Being held accountable to performance standards to ensure the output positively contributes to area specific KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
* Participating in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
* Working collaboratively with peers and internal customers.
* Setting up and operating a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines.
* Conducting manual production operations as required.
* Performing daily 5s of equipment and surrounding areas as required.
* Contributing to the culture of continuous improvement by looking for and communicating opportunities to improve performance.
* Proactively logging and escalating potential issues in order to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues and / or operational inefficiencies.
* Participating in root cause, corrective / preventive action activities as required.
* Maintaining of personal training log though THRIVE
* Implementing Help Desk Tickets both IT and Engineering based.
* Being responsible for daily Warehouse duties inclusive of but not limited to the below listed and any other procedures deemed necessary to ensure operational KPIs are achieved.  + Material Transactions and Movement  + Move Orders  + Replenishments  + Min/Max  + Cycle Counting  + Receiving & Put Away  + Inventory Control Assistance  + Picking  + Sales Force Initiation  + Packing  + Shipping
** Your Experience and Background include:*
* * Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
* Must possesses the ability to work at a fast pace with very high attention to detail.
* Must have flexibility to work overtime as required (including weekends) and periodically work a different shift.
* Requires the ability to learn, use and maintain specialized equipment.
