Production Manager Joinery & Fit

One of our clients, a company specializing in joinery and fit-out, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee all production and manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, optimizing production efficiency, controlling costs, and meeting project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Manage and oversee all production and manufacturing operations for joinery and fit-out projects.
• Monitor daily production activities and ensure compliance with working drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design, technical office, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability and accurate technical details.
• Oversee CNC machining, pressing, edging, assembly, and finishing operations.
• Follow up on material submittals and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain periodic production performance reports for senior management.
• Analyze production performance, implement corrective actions, and minimize delays and cost deviations.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues affecting production.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards throughout all production stages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in joinery and fit-out, including at least 3 years in a production management role.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials and modern joinery and fit-out techniques.
• Experience in production management, quantity analysis, and cost control.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
