Warehouse Associate​/Packer - 2nd shift

Fill, package, and inspect orders on a steady Monday to Friday 2nd shift, with room to cross-train onto production lines.

Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with weekend overtime only if you want it.

Pay Rate: $19.65/hr

You’ll be the person who makes sure every order goes out right. You’ll fill and package orders to spec, move material using the packaging line, forklift, or crane, and give every order a final inspection before it leaves the floor. It’s hands‑on work where accuracy matters and your attention to detail is noticed.

And this isn’t a dead‑end role. As you build experience, you’ll have the opportunity to cross‑train on helping and operating slitting and traverse winding lines, adding new skills that open more doors.

• Fill and package orders accurately according to the specifications on each order's paperwork
• Operate the packaging line, forklift, and/or crane to move material safely and efficiently
• Perform final inspections on material and complete all required paperwork
• Support the team across a variety of functions to keep the operation running smoothly
• Keep equipment clean and in good working condition, and report any issues or breakdowns to your Supervisor or Lead right away
• Train other team members as needed
• Take part in and follow all health, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help build a high‑trust team where people support each other
• Cross‑train on helping and operating slitting and traverse winding lines over time

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Ability to use basic measurement tools, including calipers, a micrometer, and a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• A strong safety mindset
• A team player who pitches in where needed
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills are preferred

This role is based onsite in El Paso, Tx - West Side.
