- Develop insights and conduct market analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Create and refine value proposition narratives for market segments.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities and threats.
- Collect and validate customer feedback to guide product development.
- Lead early detection and resolution of customer issues to improve satisfaction.
- Oversee performance tracking through instrumentation and dashboards.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
- Drive execution of key initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful merchant solutions.
- Lead regional product marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Deep loyalty or subscription program expertise with a track record of scaling loyalty, subscription services, retention, or membership programs across multiple markets.
- Strong strategic product marketing experience influencing product roadmaps through customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research.
- Full product lifecycle experience from ideation through launch, growth, and optimization across multiple markets.
- Proven leadership and development of high-performing product marketing teams.
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop long-range plans and measure outcomes, influencing senior stakeholders.
- Customer segmentation expertise for targeted product marketing strategies across segments.
- International product marketing experience with localization and market expansion knowledge.
- Complex program management across multi-market initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Strong technology and data skills to drive tool adoption and data-informed decisions.
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing/Business.
- Experience with emerging markets or geographic expansion.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
