We are looking for a collaborative, high-energy Product Marketing Manager to drive the execution of our Go-to-Market strategies. In this role, you will be the "hub" of the wheel—aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure our messaging lands effectively.

You will be the messaging architect and launch orchestrator: translating technical concepts into compelling value propositions, briefing our various marketing and enablement teams to build assets, and ensuring our sales and channel partners are equipped to win.

• Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing functions to execute on a broad range of commercial activities. You will manage the launch checklist, ensuring all cross-functional teams deliver on time for a successful rollout.
• Messaging & Positioning: Work with Product Management and SMEs to build and improve foundational product messaging documents. You will determine what we say to the market, translating technical feature sets into business benefits for both end users and resellers.
• Content Orchestration: Drive the content strategy by collaborating with the Creative team on high-quality assets. You will provide the creative briefs and messaging frameworks necessary for the design and copy teams to produce datasheets, white papers, and web content.
• Sales & Channel Enablement: Support partner and end user marketing efforts by developing positioning statements, pitch decks, and FAQs. You will ensure our global sales team and reseller partners understand how to sell our solutions against the competition.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals. You will act as the primary liaison to ensure the "voice of the product" is consistent across all channels.

• Experience: 2-5 years of product marketing or related marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or the physical security industry.
• The "Orchestrator" Mindset: Ability to work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, and function as part of a team that must perform well under pressure. You are organized and can move projects forward without doing every task yourself.
• Messaging Savvy: Strong understanding of how to differentiate messaging based upon the target audience or vertical, as well as an understanding of how to effectively communicate through a channel or directly to end users.
• Collaboration: A proven team player who can influence stakeholders and work closely with multiple teams to get assets across the finish line.
• Executive Persuasion: A charismatic communicator who can navigate the organization with ease, presenting complex strategies to audiences ranging from peers to C‑suite executives in a compelling, evidence-based manner.
• Adaptable: Willingness and ability to pivot as requirements and circumstances change in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Fluency in English required.
