• Manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation using workflow tools

• 6+ years of experience in project management within a large advertising agency, in-house agency, or creative team environment
• Proven experience managing high-visibility, multi-phase campaigns with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Deep familiarity with marketing and creative processes, from concept to production
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Workfront, Airtable, or Trello
• Outstanding communication skills to manage expectations and share progress effectively

• PMP certification or formal training in Agile methodologies
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a bias for action
