Marketing Manager – Marina & Hospitality Properties

Our client owns and operates a growing portfolio of marinas and hospitality properties across the U.S. With a strong culture rooted in teamwork and a passion for the outdoors, they are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across all business units. Travel is required.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives traffic, leads, and revenue across marina, hospitality, and boat sales businesses.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, paid media, social content, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with on-site General Managers to align marketing initiatives with local needs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Identify creative, community-driven marketing opportunities such as sponsor ships, local events, and partnerships.
• Build systems to track performance and ROI, generate insights, and ensure marketing efforts are sustained and effective over time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2C marketing (e.g., hospitality, automotive, vacation rentals, or recreation).
• Strong background in full-funnel marketing, lead generation, and performance analytics.
• A hands‑on approach with the ability to execute campaigns and also think strategically.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple locations.
