Join Expedia Group as a Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing (US – Contract). This 6‑month temporary contract role focuses on owning end‑to‑end brand strategy, planning, and execution for Expedia, , and Vrbo.

Base Pay

$66.00 /hr – $76.00 /hr

Location & Remote Policy

Location:

Austin, TX. This role requires a physical presence in the office at least three days per week; relocation assistance is not available.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and contribute to integrated marketing strategy for assigned business areas.
  • Collaborate with partner teams—GM, product marketing, communications planning, media, internal creative and design teams, agencies—to develop compelling campaign platforms and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Support cross‑functional execution of brand campaigns—from big moments like new product launches to always‑on programs and local activations.
  • Lead day‑to‑day management of creative and media assets in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring creative work meets brand standards, reflects tone of voice, and is adapted for channel and region.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across product, product marketing, communications, creative, growth marketing, media, sponsor ships, PR, influencer marketing, and social media.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date project statuses and contribute to reports shared with leadership and cross‑functional partners.
  • Support Directors and Senior Directors in delivering all brand campaigns at a high bar.
  • Ensure delivery on campaign goals; work with analytics and media teams to track performance.
  • Analyze insights data to optimize campaigns and inform future initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience delivering results in marketing, creative leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Track record of data‑driven brand strategies from vision to full‑funnel execution.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience defining and delivering on KPIs.
  • Proven results in delivering business value through brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends.
Contractor Information

This role is contracted through Atrium, our third‑party payrolling partner. Contractors are hired and employed through Atrium and will receive compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits, and other employment terms communicated by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate will be based on skills, experience, and location.
