What’s the job?
We are looking for a talented, data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and strategize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising channels. This is a hybrid remote/in-office full-time position.
In this role, you will be responsible for launching, managing, analyzing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to maximize performance, generate high-quality leads, and drive measurable results for a portfolio of clients within the real estate industry. You will develop targeting strategies, A/B testing plans, budget recommendations, and performance reports to continuously improve campaign efficiency.

Compensation: $70K -$90K base

Reports to:
VP of Client Strategy
- 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision‑making and performance reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to changing algorithms, industry trends, and campaign needs.
- Experience with real estate ad campaigns
- Workflow
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real‑time to improve key performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.
- Test, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and client strategy, to align paid campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
- Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend across channels to maximize ROI.
- Stick to timelines while ensuring a high quality of work
- Demonstrate proactive solution‑based thinking and delivery
- Start projects quickly, change tasks at a moment’s notice, and complete work on deadline
- Communication
- Collaborate with client‑facing strategists, creative team members, and production team members to ensure paid media campaigns align with client goals and creative assets are optimized for performance.
- Answer all emails and messages promptly, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients when necessary.
- Proactively seek out answers to questions on campaign objectives, audience targeting, budget allocations, or creative assets needed to execute and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to strategists and, when required, directly to clients, translating performance data into actionable strategies.
- Technical Innovation & Knowledge:
- Stays up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior, incorporating evolving technology into campaign strategies.
- Analyzes paid media performance data (including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates) to refine ad messaging, targeting strategies, and overall campaign effectiveness.
