• Experience leading call centers or performance marketing teams at scale.
• Familiarity with dialer systems (Five9, Convoso), CRMs (Salesforce, Hub Spot), and cloud-based data systems (AWS, Snowflake, or Google Cloud).
• Data-driven mindset with proven experience in optimizing lead generation cost, volume, and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred.
• Home improvement, home services, or residential retail experience = huge plus.
