- Lead an experiential team and agency partners forecasting hiring and resource needs
- Support all brand business objectives with a clear, concise, and innovative strategic vision for Experiential Marketing designed to increase brand awareness and drive commercial revenue growth, particularly in key markets
- Implement a budget and resource plan to properly support the strategic vision
- Update broader Go-To-Market plans with experiential channel support
- Set annual targets for your department which align with business objectives and key Experiential Marketing initiatives; track performance against these targets and provide monthly updates to leadership
- Scout, negotiate, and contract new event partnerships that support broader team goals and reach the target consumer
- Activate all existing and new marquee events through cross-functional collaboration with the broader marketing team including social, content, public relations, retail/shopper marketing, and field marketing. Activation ideas should include out-of-the-box thinking and “wow” moments
- Collaborate with other departments including sales, product development, legal, finance, and HR to maximize partnership effectiveness
- Cultivate brand-owned experiences that can scale across geographies such as parties, bootcamps, speaker series, pop-up shops, and/or brand tours
- Work closely with the Field & Sales team to ensure ROI from sampling drives to purchases
- 7+ years of Experiential Marketing experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field of study
- Proven experience as Marketing Director or another senior role
- Highly developed leadership and people management skills with an ability to develop quality internal and external relationships
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful experiential events and 360 marketing campaigns
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Ability to think strategically at a high level, but also to execute tactically with great attention to detail
- Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of and passion for beverage, CPG, and/or health and wellness industries
- Comfortable on the road and prepared to operate outside of regular business hours
