Bumble is looking for a dynamic, inventive, and culturally fluent Director of Partnerships to elevate Bumble Date through premium partnerships and branded collaborations. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Americas Marketing, this role will proactively pitch and secure high‑impact partnerships, craft compelling narratives that bring our brand to life, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver best‑in‑class executions.
With a deep understanding of culture, storytelling, and brand‑building, this role will position Bumble at the center of the zeitgeist, connecting us to the moments, movements, and communities that matter most. The ideal candidate is as strategic as they are creative, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where relationships and cultural insight drive everything.
What you will do- Develop and execute Bumble’s brand partnerships strategy, driving end‑to‑end execution in collaboration with cross‑functional teams across marketing, creative, PR, social, talent, product, and global marketing.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure brand partners that align with Bumble’s mission, values, and audience, cultivating strong relationships and closing impactful collaborations.
- Concept and deliver innovative partnership campaigns that enhance Bumble’s cultural relevance, brand favorability, and user consideration, while driving awareness and downloads.
- Build compelling partnership proposals and pitch materials, translating insights, product information, and cultural trends into persuasive narratives that inspire collaboration.
- Lead creative storytelling from ideation through activation, ensuring high‑quality execution that reflects Bumble’s brand identity and resonates with key audiences.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline creative timelines, asset production, and campaign delivery, maintaining clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
- Leverage data‑driven insights to inform partnership strategies, measure impact, and continuously optimize performance against defined KPIs.
- Stay at the forefront of cultural and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for Bumble to engage in meaningful, brand‑enhancing collaborations.
- Manage multiple complex projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Foster transparency and collaboration across internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, momentum, and partnership success.
- Experience developing 2–3 strategic partners in your current role, demonstrating a proven ability to identify, secure, and grow high‑impact collaborations.
- Live at the intersection of culture, brand, and strategy, with an intuitive sense for what’s current and what’s next.
- Exceptional storyteller and communicator, skilled at inspiring and influencing stakeholders through compelling narratives and creative vision.
- Strong relationship builder with a track record of driving alignment across internal teams and external brand partners.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including trends in programmatic, video, experiential, and audio channels.
