This is a full-time position as a Sales Management Trainee at Andiamo and is an on-site role located in Austin, TX. As a Sales Manager in Training, you’ll embark on a comprehensive journey to equip you with hands‑on experience crafting strategic marketing campaigns to excel in a managerial role within our organization. This position has a clearly defined career path to Sales Manager in as little as 10‑12 months.

• Departmental Rotation:
  Rotate through different departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to develop supervisory capabilities.
• Customer Interaction:
  Develop customer‑facing skills by understanding customer needs, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams:
  Work with marketing and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Conduct Market Research:
  Analyze consumer behavior to identify marketing trends and opportunities.
• Team Leadership:
  Learn and practice effective leadership techniques by working closely with experienced managers to oversee and motivate teams.
• Training:
  Train high‑performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.
• Project Management:
  Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to lead projects and apply theoretical knowledge in practical, real‑world scenarios.
