The Manager serves as a program and project-level day-to-day lead on up to four accounts.

• Works with client and team to consistently implement communications strategies and integrated campaigns that drive results.
• Maintains excellent media relationships and develops and pitches compelling story angles.
• Hones client‑service skills and planning expertise, working closely with strategic account leads.
• Produces client‑ready materials, thoughtful analysis, and data‑driven measurement reports.
• Practices INK's "Be There Before" methodology—staying ahead of industry and media trends, anticipating client needs and opportunities, and sharing insights generously with teams and clients.
• Embodies INK values and culture.
• Commits to professional development, mentoring associate‑level INKers through day‑to‑day coaching and regular check‑ins.
• Works within the client services and media relations teams, reporting to and being coached by INK's Director and/or VP‑level executives.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• 5+ years of full‑time communications experience; agency setting preferred.
• Experience in B2B, tech, or renewable energy preferred.
• Experience with client relations.
• Excellent writing skills and clear communication.
• Strong pitching skills and media relationships.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple client responsibilities.
• Ability to learn and understand complex, technical topics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
• Hybrid work environment from our Austin or Denver offices.
