Pattern Promotions We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our organization, responsible for creating positive and informative interactions with our clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for fostering relationships through effective dialogue and engagement.

• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming communications, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies that align with our organizational goals.
• Draft and distribute internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, and announcements.
• Monitor and maintain the organization's social media presence, engaging with followers and responding to comments.
• Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve communication processes and overall satisfaction.
• Support the planning and implementation of events, workshops, and community outreach activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when required.
