WhatYou'll Do
- The Senior Associate of Paid Social will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain plasma donors through paid social channels — primarily Meta and You Tube, with potential to expand to platforms like Tik Tok and others. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, this role will focus on delivering the most compelling message to the right audience at the right time — driving both performance and brand consistency across platforms.
- Build and launch campaigns across platforms like Facebook, You Tube, Instagram etc.
- Work with Brand to ensure consistent, engaging messaging across paid social
- A/B Test messaging strategies to identify the most impact channels and copy
- Use data to uncover new opportunities for scaling and continually improve campaign efficiency
- Comfortable in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment; you can prioritize and remain open and flexible in times of uncertainty.
- Frontline; you are invested in our Donor outcomes and obsess over delivering a superior and personalized experience.
- Data Driven; you have strong analytical skills to respond to the signal instead of the noise, and drive meaningful copy optimizations.
- Excellent Communicator; you are able to succinctly identify the upshot for Donors.
- 2+ years of Paid Social experience; experience at an early-stage company is a plus, 5+ years of experience is a plus.
- Meta Ads (required)
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
