We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator with a strong background in content creation and social media strategy to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

• Develop and execute engaging visual and written content across multiple channels, including social media, email, and blogs.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with team members on creative projects while maintaining the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Stay current on industry trends, social media best practices, and new technologies to keep the brand competitive.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation (short-form video, graphics, copywriting). Tik Tok experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Hub Spot or similar CRM tools preferred.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines and create ad hoc content a must.
• Experience with Canva strongly preferred.

• Are self-motivated, resourceful, and take initiative to improve your skills.
• Love creating engaging social media content, especially on platforms like Tik Tok.
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
• Enjoy collaborating with a team but are just as comfortable working independently.
