Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and proactive Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the public relations department in managing various communication campaigns and activities that promote our organization's brand and reputation. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with media outlets, crafting press releases, and assisting in the preparation of promotional materials.
Responsibilities- Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies.
- Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on public relations activities.
- Coordinate logistics for press conferences, events, and media interviews.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
- Support social media management by creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR analytics.
