We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Promotions Assistant to support our team with brand activations, community outreach, and promotional events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to be part of exciting, hands‑on marketing campaigns.

As a Promotions Assistant, you’ll help bring campaigns to life by engaging with the public, distributing materials, promoting products or services, and ensuring each activation delivers an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist with daily promotional activities, pop-ups, and community events
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and promote brand messaging
• Support event setup, breakdown, and on‑site logistics
• Distribute promotional materials, samples, or product information
• Maintain a positive and professional presence during all events
• Track customer interactions, sign‑ups, or engagement metrics (as needed)
• Ensure promotional areas remain clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
• Work closely with the Promotions Manager or team leads to execute campaign goals
• Provide feedback from events to help improve future promotions

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
• Ability to work on your feet in fast-paced or outdoor settings
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to lift 15–30 lbs for promotional materials (if required)
• Previous experience in promotions, events, retail, or customer service is a plus—but not required; training is provided
