** In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:*
* + Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows, sales support activities, and team productivity.

+ Build, maintain, and enhance AI-powered prompts, templates, assistants, and playbooks that support regional field marketing initiatives.

+ Assist in creating repeatable processes and workflows that increase efficiency and reduce administrative effort.

+ Maintain the AMER Marketing Master Calendar, ensuring campaigns, webinars, trade shows, roadshows, and events remain accurate and up to date.

+ Support event planning activities by coordinating event briefs, timelines, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up processes.

+ Help maintain the accuracy of event-related data, registrations, lead management, and routing activities.

+ Organize and manage a centralized library of marketing assets, templates, best practices, and playbooks.

+ Develop target account lists and invitation lists to support strategic marketing programs, executive events, webinars, and campaigns.

+ Assist with campaign reporting, event performance analysis, pipeline influence tracking, and marketing return on investment measurements.

+ Gather, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to support business reviews and leadership reporting.

+ Create repeatable reporting frameworks and templates that improve visibility into marketing performance and business impact.

+ Collaborate with sales, field marketing, and cross-functional teams to support regional growth initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
