The Public Relations Assistant will support community outreach, promotional events, and customer-facing communication. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and interested in building strong communication and relationship skills.

• Assist with community outreach and promotional initiatives
• Support communication with customers and community members
• Provide clear information about products, services, and promotions
• Help prepare informational and promotional materials
• Represent the company professionally at public events
• Assist with coordinating outreach activities and schedules
• Gather feedback from customer and community interactions
• Communicate relevant observations and feedback to the team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional, approachable, and dependable
• Comfortable interacting with different audiences
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
• Previous public relations, communications, customer service, events, or promotional experience is helpful but not required
