The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on email, social and text message marketing, with a passion for crafting compelling campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. This role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and executing programs to support field operations.

What You’ll Do:

Develop, implement, and manage email, social and text message marketing campaigns to promote programs across open clubs, new clubs and the fitness vertical. Create compelling and targeted content for email and text message marketing, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates. A/B test various elements of campaigns, including subject lines, content, and send times, to optimize performance.

Manage social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram through Emplifi. Support the marketing team with local store programs and promotions across the company. Support field operations with POP assets and promotional procurement. Assist with reputation management on Google and Facebook. Manage Content displayed on gym TVs with Everpass. Develop monthly sales & promotion guides to support the gyms. Light assistance with creative development and updates.

Responsible for contacting and closing Corporate Wellness Partners. Contribute to the company’s overall success through effective project and time management. Partner with all organizational departments to best support programs through marketing alignment.___________________________________________________________________________________________What Success Looks Like:
