Growth marketer, Social Media Marketing

99math is one of the biggest classroom math games in the US. Close to 4M kids and 80K teachers use it every month, and 200–700K new kids join each month. Kids discover the game at school, love it, and take it home. In Petropolis, they collect and look after pets, explore with friends, and win math games along the way. Our vision is to build the #1 social math platform in the world, and now we want kids and parents to find us on social too.

We're looking for a hands-on marketer to run our socials, growth experiments and user communications. You make content yourself, and you know what's trending and why some posts take off while others flop. You test ideas, read the numbers and keep improving. You're eager to learn fast in a world-class team, working directly with our CEO.

• Make short-form content for our game channels (Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts)
• Turn seasons, new pets and community events into videos people actually watch and share
• Run growth experiments and own user communications: emails and messages to parents, and in-game messages to kids
• Spot trends early and adapt them for a kids' brand that parents trust
• Watch what works, cut what doesn't, and get better every week
• Work directly with our CEO

• You have 1–3 years of marketing experience, or a marketing or communications degree
• You've made short-form content yourself and can show us
• You're fluent in internet culture and have a feel for what sticks
• You'd rather ship ten things and learn than polish one
• You care about making something kids love and parents feel good about

You don't need experience in gaming, partnerships or streaming.

• Full-time and remote. We strongly prefer someone based in Austin, TX.
