We are seeking a highly organized Social Commerce & Affiliate Creative Coordinator to support creative execution across Tik Tok Shop, social commerce, affiliate marketing, and paid media. This role will work closely with the Creative Strategy Manager to help bring campaigns to life, coordinate creative production, and ensure content is efficiently scaled across commerce and advertising channels.

• Partner with the Creative Strategy Manager to align content plans with key campaigns, product launches, and business priorities.
• Help coordinate content timelines across multiple stakeholders, including Creative, Paid Media, Brand, Affiliate, Project Management, Integrated Marketing teams.
• Support the development and execution of content strategies across Tik Tok Shop, paid ads, and social commerce channels.
• Research emerging organic social trends, top-performing affiliate content, and winning ad creative across social commerce platforms; compile competitor examples and maintain a centralized creative inspiration library to inform future briefs, campaigns, and content strategies.

• Support the creation and execution of Tik Tok Shop creative assets, including affiliate briefs, PDP content, creator resources, and promotional materials.
• Manage projects through stakeholder review and approval processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of affiliate-generated videos with approved usage rights for the Paid Media team.
• Organize affiliate content, track asset availability, and help identify high-potential content for amplification.

• Support creative asset workflows from brief intake through final delivery.
