As part of the Go To Market (GTM) Performance & Strategy team, you’ll turn company, product, market, and GTM priorities into clear narratives and high‑impact communications for a global customer‑facing organization. You’ll own core communications channels and key live experiences—including monthly all‑hands, Sales Kickoff (SKO) programming, and new hire onboarding—helping teams understand what matters, why it matters, and how to act.

Password's Toronto or Austin office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.

Note:

All go‑to market roles will have an in‑person onboarding in Toronto.

• Required:
  
  8+ years of experience in Go To Market (GTM) communications, executive communications, sales or revenue enablement, strategic communications, or a related field.

• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business and product strategies into clear, compelling narratives.

• Experience partnering directly with senior executives on high‑impact presentations, talking points, and organization‑wide communications.

• Experience leading communications and programming for large‑scale GTM forums such as Sales Kickoff, new hire onboarding, leadership meetings, or similar events.

• Strong understanding of Business-to-Business Software as a Service (B2B SaaS) organizations, including how partners, resellers, distributors, and service providers contribute to a go‑to‑market motion.
