Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Marketing Head to lead paid and organic marketing for our IT SaaS-based e-commerce company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and social media marketing. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, You Tube Ads, etc., optimizing for ROI and KPIs.

Analyse campaign performance metrics, identify insights, and implement optimisation tactics to improve campaign effectiveness continuously.

Lead the organic marketing efforts, including SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and content marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and content, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product launches.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximise ROI and achieve business goals.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), presenting insights and recommendations to senior management regularly.

Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and drive strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, with at least 3-5 years of experience in paid advertising and organic marketing in the IT or SaaS industry.

Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative optimisation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, content optimisation, and link building.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
