Marketing Manager - B2B Demand Generation; SEO, Ads, HubSpot

This is a hands-on demand generation role. You will be measured on qualified leads (MQLs) and the sales pipeline they create, not on traffic, followers, or impressions.

• You have personally run SEO and paid campaigns yourself, not only briefed an agency or a team.
• You have been accountable for a lead or pipeline number for at least 3 years.
• You have marketed a B2B company to buyers in the US or Europe.

This role is not a fit if your experience is mainly social media, brand or content only, B2C or D2C, or agency-side campaign execution for multiple clients.

Most of our business so far has come from client relationships and referrals. We now want a predictable, measurable inbound engine, and our website is being rebuilt right now. You'll have real ownership from day one.

• Own the lead number. Define what counts as an MQL with the sales team, set targets, and report monthly on leads, pipeline, and cost per qualified lead.
• Run SEO hands-on. Technical audits, keyword-to-page mapping, content briefs that rank and convert, and Google Search Console.
• Run paid campaigns yourself. Plan, launch, test, and stop Google and Linked In Ads with clear budgets, stop rules, and tracking.
• Own marketing operations in Hub Spot. Lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows and source attribution, so leadership can trust the numbers.
• Improve website conversion. Shape the ongoing website rebuild, so it brings in enquiries, not just visitors.
• Sharpen our messaging. Turn broad positioning into specific messages for US and European buyers with real problems.
• Run the content calendar with the marketing team and external partners.
• Work with, not over, the team. You'll set direction and also do a lot of the work yourself, from the plan to the deck that’s due this week.

• 68 years in B2B marketing, ideally at an IT services, product engineering or B2B SaaS company of 100500 people.
• At least 3 years personally accountable for leads or pipeline.
• Hands‑on SEO and paid media experience. You know your past cost per qualified lead without opening a dashboard.
• Working command of Hub Spot or a similar CRM.
• Work that built a company’s reputation, and work that produced leads sales was glad to receive.
• Enough practical understanding of AI to tell a real capability from a demo.
• Clear written English, good enough to edit other people’s work.
• No specific degree required.
