Role overviewThe Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist is responsible for leading comprehensive ecommerce strategies for Pyxl’s marketing partner portfolio, owning the full customer lifecycle from acquisition through retention. Your primary focus areas are email marketing, lifecycle automation, content strategy, and conversion optimization — all executed with the expectation that you’re using AI to work faster and think bigger than a traditional strategist could.
This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and deep ecommerce marketing expertise. While the primary focus is ecommerce clients, you may also support non-ecommerce clients across Pyxl’s broader portfolio, bringing the same strategic rigor to a variety of industries and business models. You’ll act as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment between their goals and the agency’s deliverables alongside the designated Project Manager.
A note on AI:
This isn’t a role where AI is a nice-to-have or a line item in your job description. At Pyxl, AI is embedded in how we do the work. We expect you to use AI daily — for research, analysis, content development, segmentation logic, reporting, and anything else where it makes you more effective. You bring the expertise and judgment. AI extends your reach.
