At the Doss Heritage and Culture Center, located in Weatherford, Texas, our mission is to collect, preserve, and exhibit the history of Parker County and Texas through cultural and educational events. We are looking for a self-motivated, creative and forward-thinking Executive Director to help in growing a museum. Our ideal candidate will be an innovative leader with a passion for art and history and looks forward to be the face of The Doss.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A dynamic presenter who owns the room
- Loves to shake hands and kiss babies
- Business acumen, especially with non-profits
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- People savvy, both internally and externally
- Good steward of resources and relationships
- Seeks positive resolutions
- Budget and basic accounting skills
- Follow through and detail-oriented
- Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel, Power Point, and Outlook - Adaptable and flexible
* Museum experience highly preferred
Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000
