The Chisholm Legacy Project, Inc. seeks Organizers-in-Training across the United States to join its Black Rural Organizing Institute.
Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a passion for climate justice and community organizing, willing to travel up to half the time and commit to a 12-month fixed-term apprenticeship. Participants receive training, coaching, and guided implementation in eight focus areas, with a pathway to a full-time organizer role upon completion.
