Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $28.00/hr.
Pay is based on skills and experience.

- Medication administration per physician orders
- Physician ordered treatments, including:
- Nutrition via feeding tube
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning of nasal, oral and/or endotracheal passages
- Ventilation care
- Seizure assessment and treatment
- Current, active Texas LVN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in‑person)
- Experience with G‑tube, trach, vent or willingness to train
