Job Overview

Join as Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Pediatric Urgent Care across Texas.

Urgent Care for Kids provides in‑person urgent care, primary care, telemedicine and school‑based services for children in K‑12 schools across Texas.

• Collaborate with medical directors and site physicians to deliver age‑appropriate care under established protocols.
• Perform patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment initiation.
• Make independent decision‑making within scope of practice.
• Work in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

• Urgent Care experience preferred; strong background in fast‑paced clinical settings.
• Minimum 2 years pediatric NP (FNP or PNP) or PA experience.
• Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, reduction of nursemaid’s elbow.
• Valid, unencumbered Texas RN license and active national certification (PNP‑BC, FNP‑BC, NCCPA).
• PALS certification current through AHA or American Red Cross.
