RN Case Manager – AMN Healthcare

1/12/2026 | Pay Rate: $1,800.00 – $2,700.00 | Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Discharge planning and progression; hard conversations with family, patients, and open discussion with MD for plans of care.

• TX/compact RN license
• BLS certification
• 1+ year recent case management experience in an acute hospital setting (Meditech or HCA experience)
• Bedside case management experience at least 1 year
• Post acute care knowledge

Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Rotating EOW.
