• Complete Peachy’s comprehensive clinical training program and ongoing education.
• Provide exceptional customer service in every client interaction.
• Conduct wrinkle burden analysis and develop individual treatment plans.
• Educate clients about peachy’s wrinkle prevention offerings including neurotoxins, retinoids, and aftercare products.
• Administer neurotoxin (Botox®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®, and Dysport®) in the 3 FDA‑on‑label facial wrinkle locations.
• Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every client.
• Adhere to company‑wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
• Follow infection‑control standards, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and equipment disinfection. Demonstrate strong HIPAA privacy practices.

• Communicates effectively in clear, concise language and listens attentively.

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of work.
• Board certification as Adult, Family, or Women’s Nurse Practitioner.
• Board‑certified Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferably at least 6 months of autonomous NP experience.
• Extensive recent procedural experience (IV placement, suturing, etc.) in high‑volume clinical environments.
• Flexibility to work multiple studio locations within reasonable distance.
• Availability for full‑time schedule (4×10, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays).
• Minimum age 18, eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Frequently kneel, bend, sit and stand for long periods.
• Use needles to inject in FDA‑approved wrinkle prevention areas.
• Lift or transport items up to 30 lbs.
• Operate standard office equipment and technology.

Base pay: $54‑$60 per hour (Austin, TX). Peachy’s Nurse Practitioners earn base pay plus quarterly performance bonuses; top providers earn over 20% in bonus.
