American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Charge Nurse for a Med / Surg night shift position in Texas, requiring a TX or compact RN license and recent Med / Surg experience.

• Med / Surg unit in a hospital setting
• Charge Nurse role on Med / Surg 3N
• Night shift hours from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Lead and coordinate Med / Surg unit activities during assigned shifts as Charge Nurse
• Prior Med / Surg charge experience is preferred
• Scrub or dress code not specified

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med / Surg RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required, must be valid beyond first 30 days of assignment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth are required for consideration
