Overview
Texas Oncology is seeking a Regional Oncology Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our CNST (Central Texas) Regional Float Pool Team! In this role, you’ll provide essential cross‑coverage support in Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Infusion nursing units, rotating through select clinics throughout the South Austin Metroplex / North Austin Metroplex, Round Rock / Georgetown Metroplex & Waco clinics. Our Regional Float Pool offers the support of a dedicated team, along with the flexibility of diverse assignments across the CNST (Central Texas) Region.
Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday–Friday, daytime hours

Clinics within CNST:
Bastrop, Kyle, San Marcos, South Austin, Austin Midtown, Austin Central, North Austin, Georgetown, Harker Heights, Cedar Park, Marble Falls, Round Rock North, Leander, Waco, Horizon Circle.
This position will be level I, II or Senior based on candidate work experience.

Whatdoes the Regional Oncology Float Registered Nurse (RN) do?
The Float Pool RN provides professional nursing care in alignment with national standards, company guidelines, and the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. The Float Pool RN will serve as a clinical resource and liaison while adapting quickly to diverse assignments.
Responsibilities- Assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care.
- Conducting health assessments, obtaining patient histories, and providing education.
- Offering psychosocial support to patients and families.
