A smaller community hospital located near Virginia, Minnesota is seeking a full-time,
Nurse Manager to join their team!
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Monday to Friday schedule, 8-hour shifts
- Great nursing leadership and administration team!
- The Nurse Manager ensures high-quality care by managing a skilled department, having a high understanding of nursing principles, and following policies and regulations with an understanding of compliance in regard to the various patient stay statuses. Key responsibilities include fostering teamwork, promoting effective communication, and maintaining safety and patient confidentiality in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Must have active RN license
- Must have around 5 years of acute care nursing experience
- Must have previous nurse management experience
- 30 minutes drive to Lake Vermillion & city of Virginia, MN
- Small town charm, but located near a large urban area with big city amenities and airport
- Close to multiple State Parks & National Parks
- Perfect area for camping, hiking, mountain biking, & fishing
