Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• 13-week contract assignment

• No on-call requirements

• Work on 40-bed Neurology unit located on 4th floor

• Day shift patient ratios of 5-6:1

• Required certifications: BLS, NIH

• Must complete Med Surg Assessment, Pharmacology Assessment, and Med Surg Skills assessments

• Work with EMR system Meditech

• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs

• Must demonstrate positive attitude and team player mentality

• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, and 4 PCTs

• Provide care for neurology patients requiring medical-surgical nursing skills
