Job Opportunity – RN Case Manager – Austin, Texas

Start Date: January 12, 2026

Location: Austin, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; rotating every other weekend; no on-call required

Highlights:

• 13-week contract assignment with potential for permanent placement
• Manageable patient ratio of 1:30 RN to patient
• Work across multiple specialty units including ICU, Observation, Telemetry, PCU, Neuro, and Ortho
• Electronic medical records utilizing Meditech and Midas systems
• Collaborative team environment with 15 RNs and 15 Social Workers
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Texas or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of bedside case management experience required
• Experience with Meditech or HCA systems strongly preferred
• Post-acute care knowledge and discharge planning expertise
• Throughput experience preferred
• Strong communication skills for facilitating difficult conversations with patients, families, and physicians
