Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Includes 6 weekend shifts per schedule for night shift (Fri/Sat/Sun).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to join our ECMO/CVICU team. This position requires expert knowledge and experience in critical care and cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions in ECMO and CVICU.
• Administer medications and manage titratable drips.
• Perform procedures including central line insertion, chest tube insertion, and tracheostomies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.
• Provide care for patients recovering from open-heart surgery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Experience with cardiac monitoring and rhythms.
• Understanding of hemodynamics.
• Experience with respiratory patients: vents, Bipap, trachs, airvo.
• Experience with ECMO, Impella, and balloon pumps.
• Current RN licensure.
