Hospice Austin is seeking an After hours Visit Nurse to provide timely, compassionate nursing care for hospice patients from 4:30 pm to 7:30 am in the Austin service area. You will perform focused assessments, manage symptoms, document care, and support families through end-of-life transitions.
You will collaborate with Team Leads, the Triage Nurse, pharmacies, and other staff to resolve urgent needs, coordinate admissions, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality care
