American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Level 3 NICU position requiring a TX or compact RN license, NRP certification, and at least 2 years of experience.

• Level 3 NICU with 84 licensed beds divided between two floors
• Staffed with Charge RN, Code Neonatal RN, Clerk, and Milk Tech support
• Scheduling requires flexibility with no block scheduling
• Shift runs 06:45-19:15
• May float to other units within and outside Women's Hospital as a functional float without taking a patient assignment
• Uses Cerner Compass EMR

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, and NRP (AHA or American Academy of Pediatrics)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
• US Social Security Number and US home address required

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
• Travelers should discuss extension opportunities with managers approximately 45 days before assignment end date
